ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TEAM
Our administrative support team provides the window to Defiance Rafting Company. Our guests’ first and possibly last stop is interacting with our Administrative Support Team. Accordingly, we seek high-energy and friendly individuals motivated to interact with guests, whether on the phone, booking reservations, or selling Defiance swag in the merch shop! Full and part-time positions available.
RIVER PROS
Defiance River Pros are the foundation of the Defiance brand. They represent a lifestyle—a modus operandi of living the good life. Accordingly, our River Pros facilitate experiences and create lasting memories for our guests that often extend beyond the immediacy of being on a raft together. We expect high-level professionalism and an ability to connect with guests to enhance their outdoor and river rafting experience. Our team values safety and accountability while making time for laughter and levity. Defiance 2025 River Pro Training Class: Invitation Only (No Fee). Offered May 24 – June 7. This includes first aid/CPR certification, access to Defiance’s boathouse amenities, use of Defiance gear throughout training, and the opportunity to achieve State of Colorado River Guide Qualification.
BOATHOUSE MATE
Defiance Rafting seeks individuals interested in learning the rafting industry and assisting our River Pros in trip preparation. This individual must be motivated to lend a helping hand in the boathouse and take the initiative to ensure clean and well-organized gear. This role is regarded as an integral member of the Defiance team! If you are looking for a summer opportunity that is dynamic, interactive and contributes to your love of the river, then apply today!
