Individual Cancellation Policy
We require payment or a credit card on file to guarantee your reservation. Defiance has a 24-hour cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided within 24 hours of your scheduled trip time. Trips run rain or shine.
Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Defiance will do its best to accommodate re-booking requests. There is no additional charge for requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip. For requests made within 24 hours, a $10/person rebooking fee applies. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Rescheduled trips are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled once.
Group Cancellation Policy
Any party receiving a special group rate is subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If your group or any individual in your group cancels outside of 48 hours of your scheduled trip, a $10.00 per person processing fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled trip.
